Review: Thank you so much to Jenn and the rest of the team for looking after Ruby so well during her first week staying away from home. Ruby is only 5 months old and so we were anxious to leave her, but Jenn was reassuring and stayed in touch with us with regular updates, which we really appreciated. The cattery is very impressive, in a beautiful peaceful spot and is super clean. Ruby had a lovely inside/outside space to stay in and lots of things added to the pen for comfort and play. She loved making friends with her neighbours and having special fusses and cuddles during her stay. We will continue to use Riverbank for all of Ruby’s future stays.

Review: What a great cattery! First timers and the staff couldnt be more reassuring, welcoming and caring. Karen was quick to respond to any questions we had beforehand and Suzie was so friendly and welcoming on arrival. Both cats were relaxed when we collected them after 2 weeks. They both looked so healthy and well cared for. They settled back in at home straight away. Thank you so much to everyone at Riverbank....we will definitely be visiting again.

Our two elderly felines enjoyed an extended stay with Karen at Riverbank Cattery whilst we were waiting to get the keys to our new home. I have to say I was very anxious about them having to spend several weeks in a cattery, but I shouldn't have worried. Karen took such great care of them and sent us regular updates with pictures throughout their stay. When we picked them up you could see how chilled out they were and they looked so happy and healthy. We will definitely bring them back to Riverbank when we go on holiday in the future and I'm sure Domino and Nugget will look forward to their lazy days, sitting on heated pads and watching the Alpacas. Thank you so much Karen, you made the separation for us bearable :)

We love staying with our Auntie Karen and her team
We have a lovely, warm , cosy cabin with access to the outside for some fresh air when we want to.
To add to our enjoyment a heated bed is supplied and we share because we are used to being together at home. We also take all our favourite toys with us
Mum moved with us to the area recently, so she was unsure about which cattery to use when she had to go away. However she asked a local cat owner (some of you humans think you own us when the reverse is true) and Riverbank Cattery came highly recommended
We are always happy to stay and we are very spoilt with lots of love and attention. You would not know that we weren’t resident cats at Auntie Karen’s own house!
From time to time we see Colin, the alpaca and his friends outside and we can watch all that goes on from the outside area.
Mum says she would like to stay in the next cabin to us as we are so spoilt!
We can’t wait to visit Riverbank Cattery again and mum knows that she can leave us and not worry.
We are rescue cats, so mum says she wants us to have the best!
As older cats, we need medicine every other day, and this is fine with the team, they are happy to do this for us
So we always enjoy a purrfect stay with Riverbank

I have let Riverbank Cattery look after my two precious felines one after another since 2005.
The service, care and kindness to my cats is second to none, in the later years, they have provided a collection and return service.
All inclusive, three meals a day, warm and cosy, cuddles all the time, might just book myself in there for a stay.
Thank you Karen and your team for all the kindness shown to both my cats. Lord Monty Don is booked in for next year.

I will never send my cat anywhere else. Karen and her team are wonderful caregivers. I was a nervous customer as we had a poor experience with a different cattery but they were so welcoming, and so warm. I can relax knowing I have left Pushka with Riverbank, he comes back relaxed and happy and is always well cared for. I highly recommend Riverbank Cattery.
Riverbank Cattery - Simply the Best

We have 3 cats and we have been using Riverbank regularly for over 4 years since they were kittens. Karen and her staff are passionate cat lovers and spend time with all of the cats attending to their needs.
My cats enjoy the large cages with access to the individual outside views.
Would recommend booking early to make sure of a place as it is very popular and they have just celebrated 25 years.

We have used Riverbank Cattery for three years for our elderly Siamese cat and have found it outstanding in every respect. The care, love and attention that they give is comparable with that provided at home and we would thoroughly recommend it. After our cat's recent stay there for almost two weeks, the thirteen-year-old came home looking and acting as an eight-year-old!

Caring, professional, friendly, thoughtful. What more can I say. Lovely size runs each with own outside space where they can watch the Alpacas and wildlife. Heat pads. Human company 9-5 every day. Bedtime checks. Owner lives on site. Quiet location. Owner and staff lovely and welcoming. Only place I will leave my previous fur baby.

Our cats love it here. One likes to snuggle under blankets on heated bed, the other likes to head into the outdoor part of pen. They are well cared for and look very content when we collect.

We bring our kitty willow here to Karen and what a super job they all do making sure all the cats are Well looked after its like a 5 star hotel for cats, so clean and cosy and if the cats choose they can even go outside to chill or snuggle

The cats are well cared for and kept warm and cosy. We feel we can completely rely on Karen and her team. They are flexible and friendly and will always follow any special requests.

I recently collected my cat Max from Riverbank after a short stay. Max is 15now and Karen and her team have looked after him since he was 9months old. I cannot recommend Riverbank highly enough with warm cosy environment and lots of attention he always comes back happy and well groomed. We won't book a holiday before we check we can get Max into a riverbank. Can't thank you enough. See you in 2017. Thank you 5*
